Art description: A relic of the Golden Age of air travel, when flying was a formal, almost ceremonial act... Printed on heavy cardstock and marked by smears of carbon wax, these tickets predate digital uniformity and algorithmic depersonalization. They belong to a time when journeys began with gestures like the tearing of a perforated tab and presentation of a document, rather than the sterile beep of a scanned QR code. The boarding pass functioned as both credential and artifact, embodying a slower, more tactile threshold between departure and arrival, serving as a physical souvenir of a journey.
